1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions are a contract between you and Letamo Academy ("Letamo Academy", "we", "us" or "our"), which provides 100% online, live virtual education programmes in coding, AI, robotics, mathematics, entrepreneurship and languages.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use our website and services you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. You must not, and must not allow anyone else to:

  • use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or deceptive purpose;
  • send spam, or engage in phishing, money laundering or other financial crime;
  • sell, resell, distribute or share your account, class access or course materials without our written permission;
  • infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
  • harass, abuse, threaten or harm other students, instructors or staff during live classes or any communication;
  • upload or share unlawful, offensive, infringing or malicious content;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the service (for example through malware, hacking, probing, scraping or automated access);
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data.

We may investigate suspected breaches of this acceptable use policy and may suspend or terminate your access to the service, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that is harmful, unlawful or risks harm to us, our users or third parties.

4. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, course materials, documentation and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own learning.

5. Service level

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Payment and subscription terms

Payments, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled.

7. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service in the event of material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
